A few days ago, with an idea of replacing refined cooking oils with cold-pressed oil, I have ordered various virgin, cold-pressed oil products like groundnut oil, coconut oil, and sunflower oil from "AVITUS" cold-pressed oil company. I have tried almost all oils of "Avitus". I found them taste very natural. Moreover ,it's cold press oil so it will also keep the maximum nutrition in it. If you are a Pitta dominant person or it's a summer time, try coconut oil . If you are Kapha dominant person or it's a winter, try Sesame oil.
